Description
From what I read I created a book cover for a web novel I read. I used the style according to the place/time the novel was based on. And I tried to imagine how it would be in real life.
The novel I chose was called "Remarried Empress". It started as a web novel, on Naver (web novel publishing), by AlphaTart, a Korean author. And later, it was adapted as a Manhwa (Korean comics) in Webtoons (an app to read webcomics).
Process
For this project I used Photoshop. I mixed different kinds of pictures and a lot of effects as well as the brush tools. To see how my project will look in real life I used a mock-up.
RESULTS
I don't own the picture of the girl. Credits to the artist.
